CREATION Health is about wellness, and wellness is more than health or the absence of disease. Wellness is being mentally fit, physically healthy, spiritually vital and socially content. It is about fulfilling our God-given potential, regardless of our unique identity, personal gifts and challenges, stage of life, or health status.
CREATION is an acronym representing Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition. In the Bible's Creation story, we find eight simple strategies for enjoying and sustaining optimum whole-person health. By consistently practicing these eight principles, we fulfill God's original plan for our lives, which is to live and be happy.
