  • We have two running teams that train throughout the year. 

    Newbies on the Run - For those just beginning the journey

    This group uses a Couch to 5K training system, which can get you off the couch and ready for a 5K in 8 weeks.  In 2013, this team met daily (except Sunday) to train for the Denver Color Me Rad and the Castle Rock Turkey Rock Trot. Throughout the winter the team will run on an altered, abbreviated schedule, which will pick back up with more frequency in the spring of 2014.

    Experienced Runner's Club - For those with a few more miles on their shoes

    This long-distance runner's club is for those who are training for longer challenges such as 10K, ½ marathon or full marathon races.  Various training runs held throughout the week.
